United States’ Masai Russell bagged her maiden Olympic 100m hurdles gold medal in a memorable climax of the race at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Saturday (10 August). WWE CCO Triple H has now sent her a congratulory message on social media.
Triple H sends message to Masai Russell
Masai Russell was announced as one of the inaugural WWE Next In Line (NIL) class members on December 8, 2021. The 24-year-old has now captured her maiden gold in the ongoing Olympics.
She reached the finish line in an incredible 12.33 seconds to go past France’s Cyrena Samba-Mayela by just 0.01s. Defending champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn of Puerto Rico secured third place with 12.36s. ‘The Game’ acknowledged the Russell after her win on Saturday.
Triple H responded to NBC’s Twitter/X account which dropped a video clip of the 100-meter hurdles. Triple H congratulated Masai Russell on taking home the gold. Here is what Hunter wrote:
