The Bloodline’s newest member Jacob Fatu took WWE by storm when he made his debut. He wreaked havoc and dominated whoever came in the path of Solo Sikoa’s new Bloodline. However, an injury raised concerns and he has been away from the programming. Fans have been wondering when ‘The Samoan Werewolf’ might be back.
Jacob Fatu could be back by the end of August
PWInsider Elite reported that the powerhouse is expected to make his highly-anticipated return to in-ring action by the end of this month. However, details of Fatu’s injury including its type and severity, were not revealed. By the looks of it, fans were worried that Fatu might be on the shelf for several months. However, the outlet noted that an internal WWE source refuted the concerns.
Jacob Fatu recently missed the latest episode of Friday Night WWE SmackDown and it indicates that he may have sustained a minor injury. He has remained tight-lipped on his injury and WWE hasn’t reported any date of his return.
Ahead of WWE SummerSlam PLE, Jacob Fatu teamed with Tama Tonga and captured the WWE World Tag Team Championships when they defeated #DIY on the SmackDown episode preceding the PLE. At SummerSlam, Jacob Fatu interfered in the Undisputed WWE Championship Bloodline Rules Match between Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhodes. He hit a top rope splash on Rhodes through the announce table which led to his injury. Fatu was previously seen wearing a walking boot which further sparked speculation regarding his condition.
We will have to wait and see where he manages to fully recuperate and make his comeback to the blue brand.
