WWE legend Randy Orton, who is a former rival of John Cena has expressed his desire to face him inside the ring.
John Cena has announced that he will hang up his boots after a retirement tour next year. His decorated in-ring career will culminate in December 2025 after competing in several WWE PLEs.

Speaking with Cody Rhodes on his show, ‘What Do You Wanna Talk About’, ‘The Viper’ said that he is willing to face his former arch-rival Cena during the latter’s farewell tour. Randy Orton said that he would like to build a good story and have some TV time with the 16-time World Champion before facing him due to their history and nostalgic factor involved.
“I would love to work with the man, with a little bit of TV or more to set it up to make something special of it, because no matter how much we faced each other back in the day, almost to the point of getting sick of it, people look back and think of it ‘oh Orton Cena wow this rivalry is amazing’, to have that call back, the nostalgia factor, they would appreciate it.”
