WWE star Johnny Gargano recently provided an update on his father following the disaster of his father’s business.
Johnny Gargano’s father had a restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio but it was destroyed due to a fire accident ahead of WWE SummerSlam. Local Cleveland media covered the fire reporting that multiple businesses went up in flames and a Cleveland firefighter was hospitalized.
Cleveland 19 reported that nearly 70 firefighters spent three hours battling the fire. There were also problems with a roof collapsing as well. They did manage to protect businesses on both sides of Gargano’s restaurant, one of which is a gas station.

Speaking with TV Insider, Johnny Gargano said that his father is doing as well as he can and they are trying to figure out how to move ahead. Gargano said:
“He is doing as well as he can. We’re all just figuring things out and thinking about what we can do moving forward to help him out and transition him to this next part of his life.”
In a post on Twitter/X, Johnny Gargano had addressed the fire. Johnny Wrestling said that his father is 82 years old and still working at the restaurant because it was his life’s work. However, the same restaurant is now gone due to the unfortunate incident.
I figured I should touch on this because people are finding out, and I know a lot of wrestling fans were looking forward to going to my Dad's restaurant when they were in Cleveland for Summerslam.
